Yesterday, while I was looking for some boardgames that I had not seen since we moved (aehm..) ,I found a big pink mirror that used to be in my bedroom when I was a child.
When I brought it downstairs to put it into the dress-up corner I never would have thought that it would make such a difference, but the moment I put it down they started making faces at themselves in the mirror, putting on hats & then trying on every single costume they could find.
Even little George had so much fun dressing up, he obviously didn’t mind that the only costumes in his size were princess dresses..
Did I mention this is a madhouse?
Have a good day!

That is just too precious. I keep telling myself I need to get my son a mirror pronto, even if he is just a little babe!

Priceless! The other day JumbleSon was running around our house saying, “I’m a beautiful princess!”
Right then & there I decided it was time to create a dress up box/space in our home. Hugs to you all!

Oh lovely. Great idea – a mirror at the little ones height – and best of all – your pink childhood mirror. A big smile for the photos.

They look like they are having so much fun! I have been meaning to get a dress-up mirror a couple of years ago but never quite got around to it! You’ve re-inspired me!
Thank you Miri!
